Our Services

EP Sessions

Northside Allied Health is renowned for our one-on-one Exercise Physiology classes, in which exercises are prescribed that are tailored to the individual and their conditions. Whether their goals surround strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance, mental wellbeing, or simply healthy ageing, we can work together to progress towards client-centred goals safely and efficiently. We take pride in using this opportunity to build a unique and trusting relationship with each client because in our experience this is where the best results are achieved.

Hydrotherapy

Specialising in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and aged care, NAH hydrotherapy is run by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists at various sites across QLD and NSW, including Aged Care Facilities and Gymnasiums. Hydrotherapy is water based exercise in a heated pool to aid in rehabilitation and recovery for the management of muscular injuries and joint pain. The water can also be used as a form of resistance to aid in strength ranging from very light intensity to vigorous with the use of pool aids like noodles and other floatation devices.

Northside Allied Health Home Visits

For clients who are unable to get to the clinic or are better working from home, we also provide home visits, making use of body weight, resistance bands, and other applications for their programs within their homes.
