Weekly Healthy Ageing Exercise Classes for Men and Women
Being physically active and staying fit and healthy will help you to get the most out of life, whatever your age. Staying active is the best way to maintain health, well-being and quality to life. It can help to:

Despite the proven benefits of regular exercise, only 17.2% of those aged over 65 are meeting the physical activity guidelines. We want to change that.
Group exercise classes of up to 10 people will be run by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. You will have access to tailored exercise sessions that cater to your needs in a supportive and engaging social setting. Enjoy our private gym space, with access to plenty of machines, free weights and cardio equipment to keep you progressing. The circuit style classes change weekly and target the key components of healthy ageing: strength, balance, mobility and cardiovascular health!
All this for an attractive price of $20 per session or pay upfront for ten sessions and only pay $15. Bring your friends along and have a coffee and a catch up after your exercise!
