Lindsey is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and is motivated in prescribing therapeutic exercise to transform the lives of her clients by improving heart health, managing chronic illness and improving activities of daily living and overall quality of life. Lindsey is Medicare, Workcover and DVA affiliated and is passionate about educating her clients on the incredible benefits of exercise, for both the body and mind. Lindsey has a sporting background in Athletics and Dance, on her days off you can find her spending time with family or out enjoying the sunshine with her pug Elroy.
Samantha Jones graduated from the university of New England in Armidale in 2019 with a bachelor of clinical exercise physiology. Sam is affiliated with Medicare, DVA and NDIS and enjoys seeing a variety of clients as she loves the diversity of exercise for both physical and mental benefits. Her main clinical interests are within treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and exercise for performance. Sam has a passion for all things health and fitness with a particular love of running. When not working Sam enjoys spending her time with her three children outdoors bike riding, swimming, walking and catching up with friends.
Hannah Kingsland is an accredited Exercise Physiologist (2020), who brings practical experience working with a variety of patients with chronic diseases including osteoarthritis, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, chronic pain, parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis and cerebral palsy. Hannah’s special interests include neurological conditions, diabetes and working with NDIS patients. What Hannah enjoys most about being an exercise physiologist is seeing a positive progression and improvement in individual function, management of their conditions and seeing a noticeable improvement in their quality of life. Outside of being an exercise physiologist Hannah enjoys going to the gym, swimming, and spending time with her husband.
