What: Focuses on strength, balance, mobility, and cardiovascular health. Personalised routines in a private gym, led by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.

 

Who: Ideal for those looking to improve general fitness and aging health.

Pre-requirement: Individual exercise pre-screen.

Neuroitality

When: Wednesdays 2:00 PM - 2:30 PM & Fridays 2:00 PM - 2:30 PM

What: Strengthen your bones and joints with exercises tailored for individuals with Osteoporosis or Osteopenia.

Who: Suitable for all fitness levels.

Pre-requirement: No special requirements.

What: Boost brain health, cognitive function, and mobility in a supportive community setting.

Who: Anyone looking to improve brain function and physical health.

Medicare Diabetes
Group Program

When:

Starting October 22nd, Tuesdays 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM & Fridays 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

What:

8-week program for type 2 diabetes, focusing on strength, balance, and cardiovascular fitness.

Who:

Individuals with type 2 diabetes.

Pre-requirement:

GP referral and individual exercise pre-screen.

Group Program

When:

No set date (waiting for NDSS confirmation)

What:

8-week program for all diabetes types, combining moderate-intensity exercises and educational seminars.

Who:

Anyone with diabetes looking to improve overall health.

Pre-requirement:

No special requirements.
